If you have information about suspected meth activity, use this form to tell us about it. If you wish to include contact information, please do so at the beginning or end of your report.*

An incredibly high percentage of successful meth lab busts are the result of citizen complaints! If unsure what to look for, look at the "Meth In Your Neighborhood?" page for tips on recognizing common indicators.

What to include in your report:

When reporting a suspected lab or gathering place, include as much of the following as possible:

1. Address or directions
2. Observed activity
3. When activity mostly occurs
4. How long the activity has been occurring
5. Descriptions of people or vehicles (tags)
6. Names of residents or guests
7. Any other relevant information

 

When reporting a dealer, include as much of the following as possible:

1. Name and date of birth
2. Address
3. Vehicle description (tags)
4. Telephone number
5. Employer and/or "hang outs"
6. Observed activity of relevance
7. Places, times and methods of sales
8. Names of customers
9. Do they carry a weapon?
10. Any other relevant information
